2. Services and Role of Global Auto Verse
Intermediary Platform: Global Auto Verse is a vehicle export facilitator and marketing platform. We do not own or manufacture vehicles listed or discussed. We connect buyers with third-party sellers/suppliers and coordinate related services (such as shipping and export documentation) on your behalf. Any purchase agreement for a vehicle is between you and the third-party seller.
No Online Sales at Present: The website does not currently process payments or execute vehicle sales transactions online. Inquiries are handled through direct communication, and payment arrangements are typically handled offline or via invoicing between you and the seller/shipping company.
Shipping and Logistics: We coordinate with shipping companies to transport vehicles and manage export documentation. Shipping times can vary due to factors beyond our control (port delays, inspections, weather). We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, but we will assist to resolve issues.
3. Pricing and Payments
Quotes and Estimates: Any prices or estimates are for information purposes and are not binding offers. Final prices are confirmed with the seller or provider.
Payment Process: You typically pay the vehicle seller and shipping company directly. Global Auto Verse may charge a facilitation or service fee for certain work; if applicable, it will be communicated upfront.
Taxes and Duties: Import duties/taxes may apply in your country. Unless explicitly stated, quotes do not include local import taxes. You are responsible for paying them.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, design, software) is owned by or licensed to Global Auto Verse and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may browse, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, modify, or use our content commercially without permission, except as agreed with us (e.g., partner arrangements).
