  • Vehicle payments and most shipping payments are made directly to third-party sellers/providers, so refunds depend on their terms.

No Direct Online Payments (Current Policy)

As of now, Global Auto Verse does not accept payments directly via the website for vehicle purchases or related services. Financial transactions (vehicle price, shipping, import duties, etc.) are handled between you and third-party providers with our assistance.

 

Vehicle Purchases:

  • Payments are made to the seller.
  • Refunds (if any) follow the seller’s policy and your purchase agreement.

Shipping Services:

  • Payments are made to shipping agencies/freight forwarders.
  • Refunds depend on their cancellation policies and shipment status.

Global Auto Verse Service Fees:

  • If we charge a separate fee for coordination or additional services, the terms (including refundability) are stated upfront.
  • Fees are typically non-refundable once the service is delivered.

Future Online Payments (Planned Policy)

If we implement direct online payments in the future, this policy will be updated with clear refund conditions. Our guiding principles will include:

  • Signed Contracts: If you signed a separate purchase agreement, its cancellation/refund terms may take precedence.
  • Force Majeure: For events beyond control (natural disasters, war, sudden embargoes), we will work with you and partners toward a fair outcome.
  • Disputes: If a delivered vehicle deviates significantly from agreement, it becomes a dispute with the seller; we will assist in resolution. Any resolution or refund in such cases will depend on the seller’s inspection, agreement, and applicable laws.
